Brand Ownership The brand name “Smellos” and all associated logos, product names, packaging designs, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Smellos. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.

Trademark & Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to Smellos products, including but not limited to trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights, are legally protected. Any infringement will be subject to legal action under applicable laws.

Authorized Use Only Smellos and its officially approved partners, distributors, or resellers are permitted to use the brand name and assets in commerce. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or resell Smellos products under any other name.

Counterfeit & Misrepresentation Smellos maintains a zero‑tolerance policy against counterfeit goods or misrepresentation of its products. Any attempt to mislead customers by using the Smellos brand without authorization will result in immediate legal proceedings.
